Our goal is simple: To make the best pizza you've ever had.

At Zev's Pizza, we focus on making pizza with exceptional ingredients and an obsessive attention to detail.

Every pizza is made with 100% organic flour, extra virgin olive oil, and never seed oils. From the slow fermentation of the dough to the final bake, every step is designed to create a pizza that tastes richer, lighter, and more satisfying than the ordinary slice.

Before moving to South Florida, Zev was the original owner of Zevy's Pizza in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Over the years, he built one of the most respected kosher pizzerias in the region, earning a loyal following from customers throughout New Jersey.

After selling the pizzeria in 2024, Zev moved to Florida with a vision to build something even better.

During the next two years, he spent time refining his process—finding higher-quality flour, experimenting with ingredients, and fine-tuning every detail. His goal became simple: create the best pizza possible.

That commitment is reflected in every pie. The dough is allowed to slowly ferment for 72 hours, only premium ingredients are used, and every pizza is baked slightly well done—the way Zev believes great pizza should be: crispy, with no flop.

But great pizza isn't only about incredible flavor.

Zev also believes pizza should be made with ingredients you can genuinely feel good about eating. That's why every pie is made with 100% organic flour, extra virgin olive oil, and never seed oils.
